payment methods

-- Rent is due the 1st of each month. 

-- If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $5.00 late fee will be added.  

-- The first month's rent will be prorated based on the number of days.

-- The last month of rental will NOT be prorated. 

-- If the account becomes 30 days past due, ownership will place a lock on the unit.

-- Once the unit is locked by ownership, it may take up to 15 days after payment in full for the unit to be unlocked.

-- If the unit becomes 60 days past due, a foreclosure process will ensue.

-- Payment by cash, check, credit/debit card, venmo, or paypal is accepted.
